Individual co-workers are nice Usual benefits one expects from a FT job

Cons

CEO goes back on word and behaves in alarmingly condescending way toward employees who have legitimate questions Some benefits retracted with no pay increase, like move from 36-hour work week to 40-hour work week, 8-hour days to 9-hour days (no paid lunch), and mandatory return to office. No opportunity for promotion or growth in current climate

Pros

I don't see Clearlink headed in a good, long-term direction. They can't keep veteran team members.

Cons

- Becoming more authoritarian - The senior executive leadership refuses to set company goals - James Clarke has destabilized the company, for the second time, because he didn't like the criticism he had been getting after getting rid of our two best benefits. He is slowly getting rid of remote work for the company. - Clearlink will NOT remain remote forever. They're only hiring in SLC, unless there aren't any candidates, THEN they move outward. The CEO is too tied in with politicians, religious groups, and other shoulder-rubbing elitists to see past his own arrogance and ignorance.

The people you meet here just like any other company are great.

Cons

Where do I even start? There’s little to no response from the company regarding the latest controversy with the current CEO. We were forced to return to office more money spent unwisely by the company instead of returning those earnings to the employees. So much talk about how negativity ruins the morale in the company, but no actions are ever made to make it so we can be a little more positive. Your job is never secure, you can be laid off at anytime.
