Pros

In my time at Clearlink I got to work with some of the smartest, most passionate people I have ever met. We were empowered to try new things, fail fast, and defer to action. For the time I was there leadership conveyed a clear direction and rallied the teams behind it. I started at the company as an SEO, built a career I am very proud of while getting to help build the careers of others. It was a wonderful place to work and grow.

Cons

A couple recent acquisitions have caused some bumps in the road in terms of communication, and there is some general unease depending on which department you work in, but my understanding is that communication is improving and I’m really confident in the company’s future. I think there’s plenty of opportunity for anyone who stays at Clearlink or chooses to work there in the future. My exit was driven by personal opportunity, not fear or dissatisfaction with recent changes.

Great people, good pay, decent amount of autonomy and room for growth.

Cons

Lack of transparency, young leadership, new ownership is tone deaf, blind, apparently not an active proponent of DEI, and super focused on money over people.
