My direct manager refused to negotiate a ($2,000) pay raise, so I left after 5+ years. I told the Vice President I was leaving and they offered me a promotion that same day. (They later rescinded the offer in a phone call after hours, so I left post haste.) See the dissonance? One manager says you're not worth keeping for $2,000 and the VP wants to promote you. Yikes! I'm happy others didn't have the same experience I did, but it happened. On to better things.

They don't pay you your actual commissions if you don't verify your paystub yourself. You need to notify coaches more than 3x to get paid your actual amount. In the end, if nothing gets done by management, then you won't get paid and it's no one's fault but your own in the eyes of the company. I've gotten skimped on $1000s of dollars with no compensation but a middle finger from managers.
