Pros

Clearlink is generous. From its compensation and benefits, to its work life balance. They value their employees and invest resources to insure what they offer is competitive and lead the market in many regards.

Cons

The business space they have operated in for a long time has been shrinking, which may deter some that are risk averse. You get a sense working there that Clearlink’s best years are behind them. The walls are adorned with awards and recognition from over 7 years ago from people that no longer work there. However, exploration of new markets may yield lucrative fruit and long term sustainability.

Incredible place to work

Pros

Coming from a local ad agency where I worked long hours for low pay, Clearlink is a breath of fresh air. Clearlink not only respects your working hours, but demands others to as well. The work/life balance at Clearlink is felt on day one. It's the first job I've had where I'm able to leave work at work. Clearlink is respectful for your time off and that's huge when you're comparing this place to an ad agency. The pay is great too! With most agencies paying less for top talent, Clearlink offers great pay in order to get and retain it's employees. However, I think lots of this involves your skill set as well as experience. On top of the basic stuff they offer like work/life balance and great pay, they also have the smartest digital marketers in the business. You're surrounded by people that want to learn and do a great job. It's a great environment with lots of opportunity for growth. If you're looking at Clearlink and currently work at an ad agency, I recommend exploring what Clearlink has to offer.

Cons

I think the DTO could be a little better. Depending on your department, you may be limited to how many days you get off. Other departments have an unspoken unlimited time off policy. The DTO is still competitive, but I wish it were unlimited.

Pros

The relationships that I've formed at Clearlink and the experience I've gained in the marketing field are the two things I am the most thankful for. The benefits that are provided (taken out of your paycheck) are fantastic depending on which options you choose. The work/life balance is really good where you have the ability to take unpaid days off at short notice, get to work hard and push your career while seeing your family on holidays, and ski passes available for the corporate employees.

Cons

Corporate has an extremely negative view of the Sales side, despite corporate relying on Sales in order to be successful. Managers are hit or miss, I've had three; the first one taught me and drove me, while the last showed blatant favoritism, cared very little about my successes, and had inappropriate relationships with employees.
