Pros
Strong culture embodied by senior leadership and the entire firm - better than the typical investment banking experience. Lots of deal execution and client exposure, even at the analyst level is great experience especially starting your career. Access to knowledgeable senior and junior leadership team members who are willing and happy to help progress your career.
Cons
Office location in Tysons, rather than DC is a downside. Not a lot of cons that are out of the ordinary in the investment banking world (long hours, high pressure, challenging work), but that comes with the industry and should be expected anywhere.
