      Pros

      Clearwater Analytics treats its employees well and respects work life balance more so than any other company that I have ever worked at. They expect people to come to work and put in a good focused day of work, but then when you leave and go home you are not expected to be online 24/7 like many other technology companies. Other positives are: - Smart co-workers - Very open and friendly work environment - Cutting edge technology - Willingness to try new things - Ongoing weekly training

      Cons

      They are not very flexible about telecommuting. Of course, the positive flip side to this is that they do not expect you to be online from home at night.

      Every year we have new challenges. We are constantly innovating, in our products, our tools, and the way we get work done. Focused on delivering quality product to our customers. Good work/life balance.

      Can be stressful once a quarter as we ensure that all client reports go out
