Pros

Massive changes have swept through Cleo; the executive team is fiercely committed and engaged to no end. Everyone is firmly committed to the success of each other thus the company. From sales to development to support and everything in-between, there are no big egos there is though a confirmed sense of care and engagement and above all else camaraderie.

Cons

The company is growing very quickly, more than doubled in less than a year and no end in sight to this trajectory. This causes some confusion despite being kept informed and well advised.

Pros

Exciting, fast-paced environment with continuous opportunity for advancement and new hires. Employees are vested and everyone works extremely hard, but all take advantage of the many employee celebrations and perks.

Cons

Going through a few growing panes. Quickly out growing our space and fine tuning processes and relationships with all of the new faces.

Decent hours and support from other teams in the organization.

Cons

Small company. Doesn't consider years of service when deciding on layoffs. All higher jobs within the organization are friends or former coworkers of the current management team so no chance of advancement.
