      Good Company but Older Workforce / Environment

      Pros

      Indiana harbor was recently acquired by Cleveland cliffs so only have a month or two under new leadership. So far things have been positive.

      Cons

      Steel mill is a gritty environment and not for everyone. Very industrial with older workforce and older systems can be irritating at times.
