      Pros

      Since they've purchased is from AK Steel, it's been a nice change. AK was a very bad company doing a lot of bad things!

      Cons

      It seems too soon to tell. While they are focused on making money and production, I'm not sure if they're focused on balancing the equation with keeping their employees satisfied.

      Salary is very high for the area.

      Cons

      Management and union constantly at odds, no effort put in to make situations better, schedule changes constantly without warning, forced overtime, differing hours of work, swing shifts, inconsistent profit sharing.
