      Limited room for growth due to the number of salary employees to positions available. Salary needs to be brought up to industry standards.

      Pros

      Good health Benefits and 401K. Pay was OK, but not enough for the position. Some of the other supervisors helpful and friendly, but others are quite to stab you in the back.

      Cons

      Rotating shifts, and if someone does not come in for their shift you have to stay over to cover it, making it a 16 hour day. The Union sucks, and wants to run the place.
