      Pay is excellent and the travel is nice

      Cons

      Very arrogant and foolish executive management. That's the reason they are in that shape now.

      Pros

      Culture of teamwork and you really get the feeling you are on a team. Things have been shaky lately, but new corporate management seems determined to stabilize the company. Great compensation and benefits too.

      Cons

      Most of the sites are in smaller towns/remote. Middle management has been in a constant flux.
