      Pros

      Cliffs pays very well and offers great opportunities to experience organizational resistance to improvement.

      Cons

      The company suffers from constant chaos at the upper level and lack of consistent leadership. VP and Director level management suffer from gun slinging and silver bullet mentality. They are easily swayed by the latest improvement consultant and snake oil salesmen.

      Pros

      You know your schedule a year in advance, the benifit pkg is pretty good, and the people are alright to work with.

      Cons

      To much drama, tattle tailing, sneaky crap. 12 hour schedule is hard to handle doing midnights and day shift in the same week every week.
