      The people are friendly, motivated, and intelligent. Senior Management team is approachable and down to earth. The corporate offices are newly renovated, with a focus on natural light. Employees are fairly compensated, have excellent benefits, and often stay with the company for the bonuses.

      Cons

      The mining industry is extremely cyclical, so one must be adept/inclined to process improvement/change.
