Working for the Cleveland Clinic comes with representing a company that is world class and prestigious. My favorite thing about working there is the opportunity to meet people from all over the world and hear stories about their lives.

Cons

The worst part about working for the Cleveland Clinic is probably the location of the facility. I don't always feel safe driving to work because of the high crime in the area. Plus, the roads in the area are really bad and they tear up your car.

I love my job, and I love the people I work with. We are a tight nit family and I like having that feeling when I'm at work. The Lutheran Health Network is large so there are plenty of opportunities for advancement.

Cons

Upper Management is a joke. It's all about the money, and forget about decent pay and raises! They are too busy pocketing that! Let's get back to doing business focused on the "patient first" way.
