Management is detached from their employees and do not know how to look within themseleves to fix issues and problems. They maintain the attitude that "if you don't like it, go somewhere else". They do not like people that question decisions or give bad reviews on Gallop polls, although this is suposed to be anonymous, it rarely is. Additionally, the organization does not offer the ability to grow ones career, yet always expect you to do more. The list is endless and one could go on for days about the cons of this organization.
