      Many locations within the system to work. Only company still employing people in the area.

      Cons

      Management needs to be overhauled - too stuck in their ways. No encouragement to upgrade skills by dept mgt or HR dept staff.

      -Great organization for those with families -Model healthcare organization; very responsibly operated -Good salary + offers relocation when applicable -Very stable employment

      -Very bureaucratic organization - takes a long time to get anything done -Questionable promotional opportunties -Company values experience + time in the org over talent way too much

      Pros

      The Cleveland Clinic employs the most people in Northeast Ohio and is the second largest employer in the state of Ohio. The compensation and benefits package are comprehensive and fair. It is a world class facility with world class resources and a great place to gain experience and have on your resume.

      Cons

      Being a vast institution does not necessarily lend itself well to employee career development and it can be easy to get lost in the shuffle at the Cleveland Clinic. Also, managerial oversight can be lacking due to the size of the institution and great responsibility and workload placed on management.
