Pros
getting the chance to work with different types of people with different types of diseases not seen anywhere else--there is a huge chance of being involved with someof the smartest people in the business at every turn----however due to the hectic nature of the job due to volume of patients seen, it can be very overwhelming and an overall exhausting experience fo the employee
Cons
since they are such a huge operation, easy to be overlooked----also there is the attitude of "we are the cleveland clinic and it is our way or the highway"
