      What once was no longer is..

      Pros

      The dream we all had when we joined and individual physicians, legends, many of whom have left already.

      Cons

      The dream crumbled when the new leadership took over, forcing the hospital’s values to take a back seat while they (he, really) does the shady business. Many things make absolutely no sense. People working around him and effectively calling the shots at the hospital have absolutely no business doing so other than kissing up to the higher-ups.

      Pros

      Very caring of their employees, great benefits and being in the top 5 hospitals of the country, they know what they need to succeed. Employees provide quality care and is like one big family.

      Cons

      They would benefit from weeding out those who only work in healthcare for the pay from those who have a passion. They often come across as lazy and unempathetic.

      One of the few employers in the Cleveland area that is hiring a lot of people.

      Cons

      Rigid and unflexible employer, too much bureaucracy, little training, no work/life balance, hardly any pto, employees treated like cogs in a giant machine, rather than human beings, dress code that's stuck in the 1950's
