      Generally Nice to work, but hard to get raises

      Pros

      Workload balance is usually manageable, and there are many resources available to staff/ caregivers. Insurance benefits are also pretty good.

      Cons

      CCF is generally a nice place to work with committed professionals. The most difficult part is trying to get anything more than a merit raise. Even after going to school for 3 years to get a Master's, was given less than $7K for a "promotion" to a new position, and still didn't even clear $80K/year.
