A good entry level job into the clinic, lots to learn, lots of opportunities if you are interested in growing your career!

Cons

Could implement better structures for training. There is a lot to learn especially if you’ve never worked in healthcare or used electronic health records systems before!

I work third shift so there was pros to it because it was able to fit my schedule. I was also able to get more hours in case someone was to call off so I was able to accumulate a nice check as a part-time employee. The pay is good for a part-time position and.

Cons

Mentally preparing yourself for the emergency room department is a big concern of mine. I would suggest you guys ensure that you’re mentally OK with that the point system I did not prefer very much. experience micro aggression in the workplace. The point systems is not fair for each employee. It’s not the same some people receive points. Some people didn’t so depending on who your supervisor
