      Great benefits, covers almost everything

      Cons

      The pay is so bad for what you can get in other companies, especially for how much they work you. The people that do the hard work never get rewarded and the people that don't do anything make insane money and get all the praise. Please don't work here unless there's literally nothing else, don't fall for the promises of a work-life balance. Might as well

      Pros

      Cleveland clinic has competitive pay, benefits, raises, and bonuses. They have 401k matching up to 6%. I was with the company before the cc merge and saw a substantial increase in pay.

      Cons

      Since the cc merge there have been a lot of complaints from patients. Many employees have left due to frustration with the company.
