If you are hired expect to stay in your position for a long time with no pay raise or promotion. * The management structure of the company is very disorganized and is always trying the newest Agile development method in hopes of resolving the lack of planning and product development issues that arise. * The lack of bonus or salary increase within the company. * A very harsh work environment where every minute is watched and expected to be accounted for.

The most important thing to know about Clever Devices: -Hard work at this company does not pay off. It is said by many employees that the reason they do not give salary increases and promote from within is because management is afraid of allowing any one person to have too much knowledge and be noticed by upper management. -This was said by many employees who have been there for 6+ years. - Management refers to its employees as "Resources" - High turnover rate. Many employees start here and find something better within a years' time. - This company does NOT promote from within. - Lack of organization and poor communication from Project , Developer, QA and Product Management. - The scope / objectives of a project are never defined, which backfires when the customer repeatedly rejects the product. - You are asked to come in during the weekends and surf the web, because your manager wants his manager to see people "working" on the weekends. - The applications are written in 12 year old "Spaghetti" code (VB 6) - Management is more concerned with their business attire, opposed to the actual responsibilities they were hired for. Unless you are seriously desperate for a job, working here is a waste of time.
