      Pros

      Great products, great people. There are a number of things that they do to show appreciation to the employees. Lunches, ice cream parties, pot lucks, raffles and nice events. We also have free drinks and snacks/fresh fruit in the office.

      Cons

      It is VERY busy all the time and we work with different time zones which is sometimes a challenge.

      - Very interesting technology: optimization logic, mobility, GPS, social - Enthusiastic and motivated colleagues - Good procedures and systems in place to support employees in sales and services - Active and innovative marketing activities - Competitive pay and benefits - Good business prospects for growth, leader in this space

      - Challenge to stay connected with distributed locations - Due to time zone differences you need to be flexible with meeting times - Comprehensive software can at times be a challenge to deploy
