      Pros

      Good exposure to technology. Diversified work profile. You don't know what you will be working on tomorrow :)

      Cons

      People in company loosing faith in management. No clear communication. Only top people knows what is happening and what's gonna happen in future. On asking, you will not get any response. you get promotions but you are still working on same thing as you were working on yesterday. So it is just change in your designation.

      Pros

      Interesting product and some decent company benefits. There were one or two leaders who I believe have credibility and business/personal ethics.

      Cons

      If you're looking to work for a company whose management has complete and utter disregard for integrity, honesty and ethics, you should look no further and work for ClickSoftware. Poor communication and lack of employee morale started with the Israeli management and quickly flowed to the Boston management and team. I witnessed illegal and unethical business practices, management acting inappropriately with staff and lack of sensitivity/confidentiality.

      Pros

      Smart people with whom I enjoyed working. Generally very direct and wanted employees to also be direct in communication.

      Cons

      Management was secretive and managed top down. Financial systems were antiquated and difficult to use.
