A remote call center not a startup

Pros

- You work remotely - you get equipment - some flashy benefits offered but nobody really avails them

Cons

- Your coworkers are not the brightest. They think this is a great job just because it's decent pay - People who are good at their job are rewarded with more work - The managers and heads have no clue what they're doing but setup meetings - 3 jobs can be done by one really good person but since they are on a hiring spree, getting work done is so difficult because there are just too many (mediocre) hands involved. - no career growth - Knowledge Management, if there is any, is hard to follow

Pros

- Fully remote - 8 weeks of paternity leave - Chill environment - Very diverse - Lots of opportunities open internally and they prioritize internal employees rather than external hires

Cons

- HR is trying hard to standardize everything, which is slowly degrading the benefits and leaning towards a BPO style

Pros

The leadership team truly values partnership, organization, and human connection. Being an Executive Assistant here has allowed me to make a meaningful impact by helping leaders stay focused, supporting team collaboration, and contributing to a positive, well-organized environment. The appreciation, trust, and respect shown by leadership make this a rewarding place to grow, and the culture encourages both high performance and genuine care for people.

Cons

Fast-paced environment may not be for everyone
