      In office lunch ordering options and ok OTE

      Cons

      Hybrid soon 3-4 times in office, toxic, “immature” and poor management, favoritism attitude and sales advantages given to handful of reps only, small and bullying environment, threats constantly to lose employment or get on PIP if less than 80% attainment per month, announcements of employees being fired based on performance in org channels for everyone to see. You can barely take vacation without being guilt tripped.
