      Pros

      -Tons of opportunity to expand -HUGE addressable market -Growing fast so lots of responsibility and encouragement to test things out -Top notch sales leadership -Flexible WFH policy (they dont force vaccines or proof of negative test, they trust you to be responsible and make your own decisions) -Office overlooking petco in SD -free lunch/coffee/snacks I've been able to hit my quota without pulling my hair out from stress. The quota is attainable if you're willing to work hard. It's honestly a fun environment because were always trying something new so its never mundane. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

      When the business is trying to outgrow the tech

      Pros

      This place is booming right now. They're in hyper growth with a great product, great sales and support, and decent tech base. Fully remote available, including international (which is what I'm doing). Competent and even excellent management.

      Cons

      Fluffy unicorns and positivity can be a little much. It's heartfelt though. There's some tech debt, but surprisingly little. On-call is noisy, but management is focused on addressing that.
