Pros

Working at ClickUp means working at a place where everyone wants to see you grow alongside the company. Just like its software, ClickUp's culture is predicated on transparency and collaboration. The interview process and in-depth onboarding ensures that employees feel informed and involved from Day 1. Meanwhile, the company makes sure to provide a competitive salary, equity and benefits that keep me motivated and driven to contribute to a quickly-growing startup.

Cons

Working at a fast-growing startup means that your work will occasionally fall outside the standard 9-5 working hours, but the team is cognizant of your life outside of work and really only cares about you getting your work done, despite whatever time is on the clock.

Pros

Working alongside some of the hardest workers and smartest people I’ve ever met! The culture here is 1000% amazing and empowering. We are building the ship as we sail it, but I couldn’t be happier working at this company.

Cons

There’s room for the benefits to get better but I know that will happen in time!

Pros

ClickUp is the first place I've worked who's Core Values makes sense. What's more, they're the first team I've seen where the Values actually matter. Most companies' Values are just words they say to give them an altruistic angle. ClickUp actually applies what they preach, and it creates a fantastic work environment with coworkers and leaders that actually want to help you grow and progress. There's always work to be done, and the team is filled with people that work hard. If you're not here to make a difference, then not only will that become very apparent very quickly, but you may want to find somewhere else to take it easy.

Cons

Unless you've got a very apparent disability, there's not a lot of understanding for extenuating circumstances that may affect your work. There's also no eye insurance for employees outside of California.

Thank you for sharing your perspective and experience! Our core values guide our decisions at every level of the company, and we're glad they resonate with you. One of our core values is "Progress towards perfection," and we are continually striving to improve. We've recently updated our benefits, and our new benefits package does include eye insurance for employees outside of California. Thank you for your transparency and we are excited to keep growing with you!
