Pros
I feel valued at ClickUp, that's by far the best. But it's also very clear that you can advance within your department and even look for new opportunities within ClickUp. It's so great to see that there's vertical and lateral mobility within ClickUp. Beyond that, every person I have worked with, in my own department and in other teams, has been super nice, and very smart. The people here make waking up to work a damn pleasure!
Cons
Honestly, I can't think of one... Maybe because of the scale, it's sometimes slow to get approval on stuff, or bandwidth from other team members. But I think that's normal.
