      Pros

      A lot of great employee benefits including professional development allowance and wellness allowance. Fully remote work with work life balance (at least for my position). Talented and amazing colleagues and a supportive manager. Company live up to its core values.

      Pros

      I have been working for more than 10 years, and this is the first time I can truly say I feel a deep sense of belonging. The company culture is genuinely supportive, the people are amazing, and I feel respected and valued in my role. Management promotes a healthy work-life balance and is consistently understanding and approachable. They encourage growth and provide opportunities to reach your full potential.

      Cons

      The only challenge I’ve experienced is with the healthcare insurance, which can be difficult to navigate since we’re based outside of the U.S. However, this is more of a regional issue than a reflection of the company itself. Aside from that, I honestly couldn’t ask for more.

      * Typical hyper-growth company chaos * High expectations, competition for being a "top performer" is really tough * Your energy will go into work -- a 40-hour work week is 40 HARD hours of working
