Pros

I truly enjoy working at ClickUp! The company culture is positive, collaborative, and motivating—I’m surrounded by talented colleagues who are passionate about their work and demonstrate outstanding work ethic every day. One of the things I appreciate most is the benefits package, which goes beyond the basics and really invests in personal development and upskilling opportunities. Since joining ClickUp, I’ve felt more productive and supported than ever before. It’s a fantastic place to grow your career and be part of a high-performing team.

Cons

The fast-paced work environment at ClickUp means things are constantly changing, which can sometimes be overwhelming. There are periods when the workload is intense and project timelines feel too tight, leading to increased stress.

Pros

Innovation here is HUGE! We're always pushing to continue to release new features and make improvements to the platform. Over the years ClickUp has spent a lot of time making sure that employees feel heard and supported both personally and professionally. I don't ever see this changing. Reinvesting in employees with career growth plans and transparency. Flexible PTO is a game changer. The team really makes sure you focus on true work/life balance, promoting time off even.

Cons

Fast moving startup, which means often times there is change. Change in structure, change in leadership, change in approach, can sometimes be a challenge to keep up with. Industry standards around pay, ClickUp is getting there.
