Pros

This company is the most fast paced places I have ever worked. It challenges you every single day and there is never a dull moment. We have lofty goals to reach to be the best in our space and we are consistently achieving them. I have worked at dull companies that are looking for "maintainers" who are not challenged every day. It sounds nice at first, but it drains your motivation and you don't experience meaningful growth. Why to work at ClickUp: - Growth opportunities, if you apply yourself and excel you will be rewarded with promotions, equity and skill growth - Amazing peers, leaders and individual contributors. Be prepared to be surrounded by inspiring and talented people. - Meaningful recognition - Mistakes are accepted as long as you learn from them - Unlimited PTO & Sabbatical Program - Equity that will actually mean something

Cons

This company is not for the faint of heart. You will be treated well, but if you are looking for a relaxing job, this isn't it! - Expect that some days may be long - Your peers are working hard and relying on you, don't be surprised when they have high expectations of you - Fast paced, requires consistent attention to stay up to date - This is a startup, startups are not cakewalks

Pros

ClickUp moves quickly, allowing you to take ownership of meaningful projects with real impact. Working across different teams (engineering, product, support, etc.) provides valuable experience and insights. ClickUp’s mission to make people more productive is inspiring, and the company constantly evolves. The people here are driven, smart, and eager to impact.

Cons

Priorities and initiatives can shift quickly, which may be challenging for those who prefer more stability. Autonomy is great, but it also means you’re expected to take ownership and move fast, which can lead to long hours or burnout if not managed well. While there are many opportunities for growth, formal career development paths, and mentorship programs could be more clearly defined.
