      It might seem like a happy workplace with a good work-life balance—as long as you don’t upset privileged cast and play it sweet.

      Cons

      -The company frequently acquires flashy but often meaningless "titles," creating an unequal and unfair reward and recognition system—essentially, the longer you stay, the harder it is to get promoted. -The organization relies heavily on rigid vertical reporting structures, making it a mess for anyone trying to work cross-functionally. -There's a select group with close ties to management (for reasons that remain unclear) who seem to enjoy a privileged position—a situation that's incredibly demotivating for everyone else.
