      Pros

      Work alongside some great people. PLG.

      Cons

      Culture has taken a backseat (virtual SKO, for example). Pay is not great, and your success is determined by luck of getting a good lead. If you fall behind or are in a rut, it is difficult to get out of it because of weighted round-robin lead routing. The direction and focus of the sales team change every other week.

      Pros

      Opportunities are there for those who are willing to put in the work. I've always been treated very well and been given a lot of flexibility to get work done the way I need to. Opportunities to promote and move up in title & pay are plentiful.

      Cons

      It's not without its growing pains, and frequent pivots can sometimes be hard to keep up with, particularly with some turnover in high-level positions. As our leadership continues to stabilize, I expect this to improve.
