      Best company I've ever worked with but not for everyone

      Pros

      Incredibly fast moving, engaging work, and plenty of opportunities to make a big splash if you're willing and able. But you'll need to be vocal about your ideas as you're surrounded with very similarly driven people!

      Cons

      Its pros are sometimes its cons. The fast paced work is definitely not for everyone and almost everyone I know around me experiences some level of burnout. But these are usually self-imposed (everyone is highly motivated to do excellent work) and leadership is very encouraging about taking breaks whenever.

      Pros

      With a highly competitive package, programs and incentives, and a slew of Support folks who are ready to collaborate with your employment journey, working with ClickUp over the past year has been very rewarding, and I am excited to continue growing with the company.

      Cons

      For crew members who aren't using their sick time off, ClickUp should be able to convert those unused dates instead of having them expire. Unlike PTOs, you can't plan to use them if you're not getting sick (which is great imo)
