Great benefits, lots of good coworkers and leaders. Innovative mentality. Strong corporate culture.

Cons

But with any company this size, you will run into some that are difficult to work with or don't care. As the company grows, it is also easier to fall through the cracks, but there are opportunities available to mitigate that if you take them.
