      The upper management does a lot of work to try to keep their employees content with sponsored Happy Hours and little game events every once in a while.

      Cons

      This company low balls you on the pay, and tries to make up for it on their benefits package. If you are okay with taking less than average pay for the position, the go ahead and take the job, but
