Great Leadership Clear Vision Proven Product No Micro Managing Awesome Team Great Location Fun foosball games with sales after lunch

Cons

Genuinely a tough question to answer... The office temp isn't regulated super well so it can get chilly in winter and a little warm right after lunch when it is warmer but we are the only ones in the build so that will probably change once everyone comes back to the office.

Pros

A great startup where you get to work on fun projects and what you do matters. Great group of people in a fun work environment where we just get stuff done. Lots of growth opportunity with a dynamic company.

Cons

Not really a con but the work schedule and policies are super flexible so you need to be a driven, motivated individual. If you're one that needs to be managed or requires a structured environment and role, this is probably not the best place for you right now.

- None really, If you don't like the fast pace of the start-up life with things constantly changing and improving it may not be the best fit
