-No micromanaging. You are trusted to do your job and treated like an adult. -Great career growth -Great mentorship from leaders. They care about getting you to where you want to be in your career

Cons

Minor growing pains. That can be good or bad, depending on how you look at it. I think this is an opportunity to prove myself, but some may see it as a con since you have to adapt quickly. That is life in tech, though.

Pros

Just started. Amazing culture and vibe. The product is well established and continually making improvements, but it’s the people that make it an amazing place to be. I look forward to going into work everyday, whether it’s working with people on my direct team or chatting cross department, there’s a definite unity between everyone.

Cons

Still growing. Obviously a startup so it always comes with ambiguity. They’re smart with their money, but also allocate it to the things that matter most.
