Pros
I actually interviewed for a sales position. However, with the extensive interview process they assessed my strengths to be a better fit for Client Services. I'm so grateful they did! Client services was a great fit and prepared me for my advancement within the company to my current position as a Resume Analyst. Everyday working enviroment is friendly and comfortable! There is a mutual respect without having to micromanage each employee. The company is clear about it's expectations and we work hard (and together) to reach our goals and produce the best results possible for ourselves as well as our employers.
Cons
I've worked here for 2.5 years and I haven't come across any cons with my employers. Working here has been the most enjoyable experience. It's very hard to find a workplace enviroment that allows you to be yourself, encourages you to do greatness and has opportunites for growth.
