Because of this nature of the product line, people spend a lot of time working on things that are quite exploratory and ahead of the curve. * Because the company is growing fast and in a new market, there are always new career opportunities open for employees. I've seen many of my colleagues taking on jobs and positions they've never done before because of personal interest and career development. * Generally speaking, Clinc has pretty competitive compensation and benefit packages.
Cons
* The growth sometimes comes with the expenses of work/life balance, but I would say this is more of a personal choice. In the company, there are people who work all the time and also people who leave their laptops in the office. In other words, nobody will force you to trade personal life for work, but there are definitely people around me who choose to.
