Horribly managed. CEO would often go on tangents and assign us work that made no sense.

Pros

You'll find some of the smartest people you've ever worked with at Clinc. Some managers are open for suggestions and will allow you to take charge of your tasks. The product - as slow as it might be - is literally unmatched in the industry.

Cons

For starters, the code base is absolutely horrendous - you'll be frustrated, and all the tech debt will drag you down a lot. In addition, certain managers and higher-ups are an absolute pain to work with, absolutely refuse to listen to their "subjects" even a little bit, and as much as the company would like you to believe that you're part of the Clinc community, in the end you're just another tool to be used & discarded by the investors.
