Pros

Great pay and benefits. Had a lot of autonomy and space to work on projects.

Cons

As mentioned in headline, there are a couple guys who hold too much unofficial power and can really derail your efforts if you get on their bad side or if they feel threatened by your success. Current employees will know who I am talking about.

Pros

Good work life balance, tech stack is interesting, hybrid is nice, catered breakfast is great, good 401k match, group workouts with great personal trainer 3 times a week, good pay, smart co-workers, annual Christmas parties have been fun. I'm giving a 3/5 mainly because of the work life balance.

Cons

There's definitely some disfunction here. You have to be able to navigate it in a way to not let it affect you. Some people like to play the blame game. Communication is an issue especially across teams. Language barrier. Aside from the 401k match and health insurance, benefits are not great. Don't see many opportunities for career growth.

Pros

Three times a week work outs

Cons

This is a family run business, you rub someone the wrong way and they will let you go. Almost all of HR was let go.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We recognize that career growth in a smaller company can look different, and we encourage employees to explore opportunities for development within their roles and teams. Regarding your comment about HR last year, while some personnel changes were made, this was not a widespread action. We remain committed to a fair and accountable work environment and appreciate open dialogue. If you have specific concerns or suggestions, we encourage you to connect with your manager or People Ops. We value your contributions and strive to continuously improve communication and support for our team.
