* I actually enjoy my job and its challenges. * Supportive and hard-working co-workers. * I have had multiple managers, but all of them have all been very positive experiences * Great retirement and health benefits for me and my family. * Personally I have been able to really grow in my own professional development, primarily because of support from my managers

Cons

* Would like to see more frequent communication between higher management levels and other employees with respect to company goals and future prospects. * There should be more opportunities in the support group to focus on engineering projects to make workflows more efficient. * Official documentation is lacking; individuals create their own documentation and there is little or no effort to coordinate documentation for individual departments. * There should be better marketing effort for the company; there is very little publicity concerning this company. * Concerns with the future of this company given news of its primary contracts in limbo.

Awesome free food every other Thursday. End of the year holiday party with free booze and food. Happy hour every month. Free coffee and emergen-C. 24 inch Dell IPS screens. Internet freedom. Great selection of free chocolates. Mobile charging station. Terra Cotta warriors, decorative waterfall. Collaborative area and nerb box/corner. Beautiful executive area.

Cons

Indigo cafe is terrible. Disgusting kitchen drain. Low grade toilet paper. Employees abuse one time use free coffee and water cups, it is horrible for the environment. Lack of recreation space. Minimal inter-departmental communication. Incomprehensible front door unlocking mechanism. Too many Toyota cars.

I’m impressed with the way they handled COVID

Pros

This is a company that truly takes care of their employees. Compensation and benefits are good, but their dedication to our well-being was put to the test when COVID hit. Instead of firing us or forcing us to come in, they prioritized our health and gave us the ability to work from home. It’s great to work for a company that puts their money where their mouth is.

Cons

We have a strong team, but we lack interdepartmental communication which slows everyone down.

CliniComp Intl., offers an entrepreneurial environment that is driven by the CEO/ Founder’s passion for innovation & superior quality. The leadership team is genuinely committed to the success of the individuals and to the company’s overall success. The employees are equally committed and they strive to deliver outstanding client service. The compensation and benefits were very competitive. Overall I had a wonderful experience working at this company and reporting to the CEO.

Cons

I did find that communication can be challenging in this fast paced environment. There may be an opportunity to continue to add staff within the next year based on the projected growth.
