* I actually enjoy my job and its challenges. * Supportive and hard-working co-workers. * I have had multiple managers, but all of them have all been very positive experiences * Great retirement and health benefits for me and my family. * Personally I have been able to really grow in my own professional development, primarily because of support from my managers
Cons
* Would like to see more frequent communication between higher management levels and other employees with respect to company goals and future prospects. * There should be more opportunities in the support group to focus on engineering projects to make workflows more efficient. * Official documentation is lacking; individuals create their own documentation and there is little or no effort to coordinate documentation for individual departments. * There should be better marketing effort for the company; there is very little publicity concerning this company. * Concerns with the future of this company given news of its primary contracts in limbo.
