Pros

There are no pros other than receiving a pay check and health insurance.

Cons

Do not work here under any circumstances. The company is run by a “leadership” team that is condescending towards women, gossips about employees, withholds bonuses with no reason, rewards family members, and creates an environment where only their favorite good old boys will be promoted and rewarded.

Pros

Growing company making a name for itself in the market. Management team has done a great job navigating the changes needed in the workplace Great people to work with

Cons

With the company growing at the rate it is, sometimes priorities change at fast pace. Some people have a hard time keeping up with that type of dynamic work atmosphere

Pros

Even though we have rapidly accelerated our growth not only in employee size, but in product offerings within just a few years, we still hold that "start-up" "small company, family feel". That is what keeps me focused even during the harder days. We are all truly working towards the same mission of helping get drugs to the market faster to help those in need, and you can go to anyone in the company when you need assistance. I have never seen a company where the President (and co-founder) are just as hands-on and invested in the product and employees as everyone else.

Cons

Sometimes teams get so wrapped up in their own objectives they may forget the impact it has on others. We are still actively improving across team communication, and making changes to ensure we are not working in silos but remember our common company wide goals.
