I realized there were no pros before wasting too much time at this place. A company that could've, should've, would've, but didn't know how to execute.

Casual atmosphere. good snacks. employee celebrations

Cons

Inverse pyramid structure. Continuously appointing new higher management people and laying off lower level ones. Ridiculous benefits. Quality of resources is very low. If you're ready to work with C-grade developers and qa, and like your talent going unsung, you're a good fit for this company
