Pros

Clinical Ink has some of the best people you will work with - your coworkers come from all walks of life with a wide range of previous work experiences, expertise, and interests that make for a diverse and interesting workplace. I've learned a lot about myself and my strengths just by working alongside the people at Clinical Ink and that's so rare to find in a workplace. As a rapidly growing company, the company works hard to listen to employee needs - as a whole, they do a good job of providing substantial benefits, support, and growth opportunities.

Cons

Being a pharma-tech company, Clinical Ink is also a deadline-driven company, so priorities can change, the workday can change, and your 'typical' day-to-day is not always as you would expect it to be. It's a challenging work environment at times and you have to be prepared for that but learning to see the 'bigger picture' of how the company is contributing to the science and medicine of today's day makes it rewarding.

Company revolutionizing clinical trials

Pros

The organization strives to make a real impact on how clinical trials are conducted with a participant and site focus ensuring that trial data is delivered cleaner and quicker than traditional EDC which increases participant safety.

Cons

Directionally, the organization is somewhat shifting from its original focus (as noted in Pros) and is losing some of what makes it unique.
