Base pay is $40k and they will tell you in the interview that you will make double that your first year if you work hard. I worked so hard and never saw any commission. This is a completely 100% cold call job, and you will get hung up on constantly. They track how many calls you make per day and the CEO will call you if you don't make enough. They give you a nice computer, but the phone is a land line, so you are locked at your desk from 9-5 every single day. Marshall is the most absurd "CEO" and talks to you like you are stupid. I think he is the one pocketing all of the money because most employees only last a month due to making no commission and only being paid once per month. Some people have been there over 7 years, and I have no idea how they put up with the cult like culture there. Worst job experience I have ever had, would not recommend to anyone. You would think the turnover at this company would indicate to him that he is doing something wrong
