Pros

VERY collaborative working culture amongst recruiters across all the offices. Recruiters are also very supported by the management team as well as co-workers.

Cons

It does have some "Ramp-up" time, but slow and steady wins the race. It is definitely worth it. You must put in the work to be successful. It's not "immediate gratification".

Full-Time Remote $$$$$$$$$$ Great Technology Amazing Team Extensive Training Collaboration is encouraged Sales w/o the toxicity Best Manager ever!

Cons

This job has a ton of autonomy. Training is extensive, and the Management Team has really fine tuned the process. Recruiters are ramping up exceptionally quickly and making placements within the first few months of hire, but once you are running your desk the structure of the day and how much you collaborate is up to you. This is not a job for someone that needs to be told what to do. It's a job for someone who is always looking for the next thing to do!
